Rewards by WebPlanex offers several pricing tiers to accommodate different business sizes:

Free Plan: Allows up to 50 orders per month.
Basic Plan: $9.99/month for up to 200 orders per month.
Medium Plan: $19.99/month for up to 500 orders per month.
Advanced Plan: $49.99/month for up to 5,000 orders per month.

All paid plans include a 15-day free trial.

The Startup plan is completely free and allows you to manage up to 50 orders per month. It includes basic features such as limited loyalty offers and default theme elements, making it a great option to get started with the app.

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. Our pricing is based only on the number of orders per month. There is no contract or cancellation fee.

If you exceed your current plan’s order limit, we will notify you at least one month in advance and provide the option to upgrade. You will never be automatically upgraded without your consent. If you choose to continue, recurring charges will apply only after exceeding your plan limit.

Yes. Simply choose the plan you want to subscribe to, and click buy now button. After you downgrade or upgrade, the fee you need to pay will be calculated by Shopify's system based on the number of days you used the app under your previous plan and your current plan.

There are multiple plans available—Startup, Basic, Medium, and Advanced—each with a specific monthly order limit. You can choose the plan that best fits your order volume, and the features will vary based on the selected plan

You will be charged on the first day of your 30-day Shopify billing cycle after subscribing (excluding the trial period), and all billing is processed in USD regardless of your location.

With the Custom Plan, you can opt for higher limits without any recurring monthly charges. It includes access to all features. As your order limit approaches exhaustion, simply contact our team to extend or adjust your plan accordingly.

Each customer can access their wallet from their account page when signed in. The wallet will show their Store Cash balance. For customer to redeem their Store Cash balance, they can generate a discount code that can then be applied to their next purchase.
