The following is a legal agreement between you and Webplanex Infotech Pvt. Ltd., owner and operator of Store Cash Wallet, including all services, content, and software offered via https://rewards.webplanex.com/ or through the Shopify App Store.
By installing or using the Store Cash Wallet app or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not authorized to use Store Cash Wallet.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services implies your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Store Cash Wallet.
- You are required to provide accurate and complete business information, including valid contact details, to access our services.
- You authorize Webplanex to use your contact information for communication related to service functionality, updates, announcements, and support.
- You are fully responsible for how Store Cash is configured and managed within your store. This includes setting rules, expiration periods, redemption criteria, and customer visibility.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
- Webplanex is not liable for data loss, incorrect configuration, or customer complaints arising from how the Store Cash system is used or misused within your Shopify store.
Payments
- Subscription fees are processed through Shopify’s billing system or an authorized third-party provider. All service plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- If an employee, consultant, or agent installs the Store Cash Wallet app on your behalf, your business is considered the contracting party and is bound by these Terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring your billing and payment information is accurate to avoid service interruptions.
- Refunds are not issued for partial billing cycles or unused time unless required by law or otherwise specified in a separate Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
- You agree to use Store Cash Wallet in a lawful and responsible manner that does not violate Shopify's Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- You may only use Store Cash Wallet on stores you own or are authorized to manage.
- Use of the Services must comply with all data protection and e-commerce laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India, and any applicable local jurisdiction regulations.
- You must ensure your Store Cash policies are clearly communicated to customers and legally compliant.
Prohibited Use
- You may not use our Services for stores or domains you do not own or lawfully control.
- You may not use Store Cash Wallet in connection with any fraudulent activity, malicious software, unauthorized data access, scams, hate speech, adult content, or illegal promotions.
- Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating other businesses while using our services is strictly prohibited.
- You may not reverse engineer, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in our systems or attempt to access restricted areas of the platform.
- You may not use copyrighted, trademarked, or third-party intellectual property unless you have the legal right or license to do so.
- If we detect any prohibited activity, your account may be terminated immediately. You may also be held liable for legal claims or damages resulting from misuse.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, Webplanex Infotech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Store Cash Wallet, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the month preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
No Warranty
- Store Cash Wallet is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, expressed or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, feature availability, or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- While Store Cash Wallet is designed to improve customer loyalty and repeat purchases, we do not warrant that it will meet every business objective or result in guaranteed sales increases.
Suspension of Services and Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription by uninstalling the Store Cash Wallet app via your Shopify admin or by contacting our support team.
- If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms, you forfeit any eligibility for refunds.
- We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice.
Use of Customer Data for Case Studies
- We may request your permission to use anonymized or non-sensitive store data (e.g., Store Cash performance, metrics, screenshots) for marketing or educational purposes.
- We will obtain your explicit written consent before publishing your store’s name, logo, or any identifiable performance outcomes.
- All shared information will be reviewed by you in draft form prior to publication. You may request revisions or opt out entirely.
- We take confidentiality seriously. No private or proprietary business data will be published without your prior approval.
- This section may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any such changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in case of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms.
